Personal Information Collected
The purpose of the LeapNgo.com website is to permit Users, both Individual and Business, to voluntarily provide information about themselves and/or their company for the purpose of connecting with others within our network for mutual benefit. You are willingly providing us your personal information, which we are collecting to help and allow you to benefit from the LeapNgo.com website. If you are uncertain about offering any of the personal information required to sign-up, and/or having your information displayed on the LeapNgo.com website or otherwise disagree with our rules and regulations as permitted in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use Agreement, we cannot accept your membership into the LeapNgo.com community.
Your personal information is compiled in the following ways:
Sign-up
In order to become a Member, you must first sign-up on our website. To sign-up it is required that you provide the following personal information, which you accept, recognize and expressly acknowledge as personal information allowing others, including LeapNgo, to identify you: First and Last Name, Email Address, Date of Birth, City, State, Country, ZIP Code, at least Three Online Retailers you prefer and a Password to access your LeapNgo account.
Profile Information
Once you become a Member, you may provide additional information about yourself, in your “Edit Profile” portion of the control panel. This may include; your address, phone number, occupation and place of work, and a detailed narrative about yourself. Any and all additional information beyond what is needed at registration, is completely optional, but is helpful in identifying yourself and your preferences. The information you include at sign-up or in your profile that is not user specific or personally identifiable could be used in some manner and extent to which other information that is not personally identifiable is allowed to be used hereunder, including serving advertisements through the web site and service. If you choose to opt-out you could lose benefits from being a Member, including specials and/or advertisements that are specialized to you.
Minors
LeapNgo.com does not allow, condone, or knowingly collect any personal information form minors under the age of 13. Furthermore, we ask that minors under 18, but older than 13, receive permission from their parent or guardian prior to signing up and providing any personal information to LeapNgo.
Your Consent to LeapNgo
Certain information you provide to LeapNgo may reveal, or allow others to identify, your nationality, ethnic origin, religion or other aspects of your private life, and more generally about you. Please be aware that in providing information to LeapNgo for the purposes of opening your member account, you are expressly and voluntarily accepting the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and LinkedIn’s User Agreement. The supplying of all such information by you to LinkedIn, including all information you deem to be “sensitive” by applicable law, is entirely volunteered by you. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement, but please note that your withdrawal of consent will not be retroactive.
Your Contacts
In order to invite others to connect and network with you on LeapNgo.com, you may use the LeapNgo.com invite service to invite others to the site. This information will be used by LeapNgo to send your invitation including a message to these outside people or entities. The names and email addresses of people that you invite will be used only to send your invitation and reminders.
Personal Information
LeapNgo exists to serve People, Businesses and Non-Profits, by creating a place for connections and networking that is comfortable, direct and effective. Any personal information you voluntarily supply on the Leapngo.com website is used to help you describe you or your company to other Members. Other information, that does not personally identify you as an individual, is and can be collected by LeapNgo from its Members (for example, how, why and when the service is used) and as such is exclusively owned by LeapNgo. This information can be used at our sole discretion.
Communication
LeapNgo can and will communicate with you either through emails sent to the address you provide, or through an internal ticketing process, inside your LeapNgo.com Inbox. These may include welcome emails to help inform new Members about our functions and features of the service. LeapNgo could send you promotional information unless you have opted out of receiving such information. You can change your e-mail and contact preferences at any time.
Cookies
Just like other websites, LeapNgo uses cookies and web log files to track site usage. A cookie is a very small data file which resides on your computer which allows LeapNgo to recognize you as a Member when you return to the website, when using the same computer and web browser. If your browser settings do not allow cookies, you will not be able to use the LeapNgo website, or benefit from our programs. Like the information you enter at sign-up or in your personal profile, cookie and log file data is used to enhance your experience on our website. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service by storing Member preferences and tracking Member trends. In the course of serving advertisements or optimizing services to our Members, we may allow authorized third parties to place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser. Any information provided to third parties through such cookies will not be personally identifiable but may provide general segment information, e.g. your industry or geographic location, your occupation, or information about your professional or educational background, for greater customization of your user experience. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Unfortunately, if your browser settings do not allow cookies or you opt to refuse all cookies, you may not be able to use the LeapNgo website or services. LeapNgo.com does not store personally identifiable information in the cookies.
Log files, IP addresses and information about your computer
Because of the communications standards on the web, when you come to LeapNgo.com, our system automatically receives the URL of the site from where you came and the site to which you are going when you leave. As standard procedure, we receive the Internet protocol (IP) address of your computer (or the proxy server you use to access the World Wide Web), the operating system your computer is using and type of web browser you are using, email patterns, as well as the name of your ISP. This information is used to analyze overall trends to help us improve the LeapNgo.com site. The link between your IP address and your personally identifiable information is not shared with third-parties without your permission or except when required by law.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
LeapNgo does not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We will only share your personal information with third parties per your instructions or to provide specific services or information. For example, we use a credit card processing company to bill business members for subscription fees. These third parties do not retain, share, or store any personally identifiable information except as they describe and to which you may accept and/or to provide their services and they are bound by confidentiality agreements which limit their use of such information. Your LeapNgo.com Membership comes with the default setting of a “public profile” which means portions of their LeapNgo.com profile, including their “name”, Photo, and Username, but not their “email address” are displayed as public to the Internet. Users may set their profile to private inside the settings section of the control panel. We may provide aggregated anonymous data about the usage of our services to third parties for such purposes as we deem, in our sole discretion, to be appropriate, including to prospective advertisers. We may segment our Users by gender, geographic location, or other demographics, to which none of the aggregated information can single out a specific person or member.

LeapNgo.com contains links to outside websites, we are not liable, nor responsible for any policies or practices on any other website, and as such this Privacy Policy only applies to LeapNgo.com.
Forums/Blogs/Classifieds
If you post a blog, forum, or classified ad on LeapNgo.com, you must be aware that any personal information you submit or provide can be read, collected, or used by other Members, as well as Non-Members and/or other third parties, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. LeapNgo is not responsible for the personal information you may submit in and/or to such services.

Your Rights
It is your right to seek, change and/or delete the information about you which has been collected pursuant to your acceptance of terms to become a Member. If you choose to update any of your information, we could retain copies of the prior information as archives, for the purposes documented herein. Sale to Third Party
We may disclose your personal and other information you provide, to another third party in the event of the sale of LeapNgo, Inc. Any third party to which we transfer or sell LeapNgo.com will have the right to continue to use any of the information that you provide to us.
Editing Your Membership Information
You can revise or change your personal information as entered in your profile, at any time by accessing the “edit profile” section of your control panel.
Terminating Your Membership
You can also close your account through the LinkedIn website. If you close your LinkedIn account, we will remove your profile and other personal information from our publicly viewable database. We may retain certain data contributed by you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally identifiable data, account recovery, or if required by law. To end your membership and remove your profile from the website, email us at admin@LeapNgo.com & send your request using an email account that you have registered to your membership profile. You will receive a response within five to seven business days confirming the action to be taken. In regards to Business Memberships, no refunds will be given.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
LeapNgo.com reserves the right to update our privacy policy at any time, without notice. In the event there are significant changes in the way we handle your personal information, we will display a notice on the website or send you an email. Unless otherwise stated, the current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your membership. By using LeapNgo.com, you are hereby consenting to any and all changes whether you are aware of any changes or not.
Security
To keep your personal information secure, access to your data on LeapNgo.com is password-protected, and sensitive data (such as credit card information) is protected by SSL encryption when it is exchanged between your web browser and the LinkedIn web site. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that LeapNgo, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any information or transactions handled outside of the LeapNgo.com through a third party or affiliate of LeapNgo.
