A LeapNgo.com Business Page is a free, high-profile marketing solution for your company.  This means that you can stay connected to your current customers and contacts, and advertise to new ones.  You will have access to our entire membership, and can keep them informed of your organization 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - via your own news feed.  Your Business Page includes a blog, forum and email.  Of course, you are able to shop online and post classified ads directly from your member dash board, too.

 

LeapNgo.com Business and Non-Profit Member Profiles allow you to do the following:

•  You can add your favorite national retailer to your My Retailer section of your dash board.  By doing this, you will receive coupons and special offers only from your favorite retailers that you want to do business with.
• You get to designate your favorite non-profit organization or community purpose member to receive the MATCHING CASH BACK REWARDS you earn by shopping at our ONLINE MALL.
• You can follow your favorite Business Members.  By doing this, you will receive their "News and Bulletins" - which includes their 'daily specials' and more.
• You can post and read online Classified Ads.
• You can email other members (instant messaging and personal bulletin boards coming soon).
• You can create and maintain Blogs and Forums
• Your CASH BACK REWARDS earnedmay be donated to a member non-profit organizations or community purpose.
• When you create your profile, you will see that there are many other things you can do, too!
• We give you the ability to post 'real-time' News and Bulletins via your own news feed.  They are created through your 'Control Panel.'

 

FYI - Once you are a member, LeapNgo.com gives you the ability to change your assigned Member ID to a Member ID of your choice.  But, you can only change it one time!  To change your Member ID, login and go to your Home Page.  Then, click on Settings to gain access to your Control Panel.  Finally, click on Edit Profile and you can change your Member ID from the next screen.

 

FYI - To shop online and get your CASH BACK REWARDS credited to your account, you have to be logged in to LeapNgo.com.  Once logged in, simply click on your favorite retailer's logo, or you can search for retailers through our drop down menu under Find Deals and then Online Mall. 

 

We give you the ability to add retailers to your list of 'Favorite Retailers' each time you perform a search from the drop down menu Shop Here and then Online Mall.

Non-Profit Organizations and Business Community Purposes also register via the Business Member registration page. Non-Profit Organizations and Business Community Purposes must complete the additional details provided on the business member registration page to identify their status as such.

Our goal is to become one of the largest online contributors to non-profit organizations and community purposes. By connecting LeapNgo.com members with your organization, they can designate their matching rewards to raise money for your cause. LeapNgo.com members earn cash back rewards on almost every purchase they make at their favorite retailers.   The more they shop, the more matching rewards that are transferred to the non-profit organization or community purpose of their choice. 

 

All your organization needs to do is create a FREE member profile on our web site (The non-profit organization or community purpose member status is a designation subset of the individual and business registration process). Your organization will be assigned a member ID (this ID can be customized to the name of the non-profit organization or community purpose by going to settings in your member dash board after joining) that you can forward to your donors, friends and partners. Our members will then designate the non-profit organization of their choice to receive the matching rewards earned for their online purchases while shopping at their favorite national retailers.. Matching rewards are automatically  forwarded to the designated non-profit organization or community purpose by LeapNgo.com.

 

A question that has been brought up by Non-Profit Organizations has been: Is this money Unrelated Business Taxable Income (UBTI)? Fortunately, the Tax Court has held numerous times that income received by an exempt organization from an affinity program is a royalty excluded from unrelated business taxable income, thus not negatively impacting the tax-exempt status.

 

A non-profit organization is an organization that, by design, does not distribute a profit to individuals or shareholders at the end of the year, but instead uses them to help pursue their goals. Examples included charities, schools, religious organizations, governmental agencies and trade unions.

 

A community purpose is an organization or group of people (other than a non-profit organization) that come together for the purpose of helping others in the community in a time of need or for making their communities a better place. Examples include raising money for memorial funds, housing for the homeless, losses due to fire or natural disasters, and medical bills, for individuals without insurance.
